Cancellation Policy

Sometimes a user mistakenly orders a product; in that case, he has the option to cancel the product. Our cancellation policy is divided into two categories below:-

Before Shipped

Generally, it will take 24 hours for your product to be shipped. In that case, use the following options to cancel the order:-

Log in to My Account  > Click My orders >  Under order details, click Cancel my order > Fill the form >  Submit.

Note:- Refund will be processed within 24 hours after cancellation of the order into your account into the original payment method. However, it shall take a maximum of 5 working days to successfully reflect the amount into your account.

After Shipped

No order can be cancelled after it has been shipped. The customer has to file a return request as per the return policy under the wrongly ordered product category.

Partial Order cancellation

The customer cannot edit or change the order quantity once the order is confirmed. He has to cancel the previous order by using the above-mentioned method. However, if the order is shipped, then he can simply order again for the same product for an additional quantity.
