Note :- After successfully submitting your request you have to wait 24 hours to get your return request accepted or rejected. If your return fulfill below term & conditions then your return will definitely get accepted.
Following are reasons under which a customer can apply for returning the product:-
Note :- It is recommended to provide all the details of return like what exactly happened, why you are returning product etc in Return Note option. You can use English or Hindi any language to explain us what was exactly issue with the product. Also kindly attach clear images of product in case of damage, defective or wrong product etc.
Note :- Return request may or may not get accepted in these cases as these are not companies fault. If your return request got accepted then full amount refund will not be processed and return shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount.
For Speakers or Bass tube :- If you are not happy with the speaker sound quality then return shipping charges will not be deducted from refund amount.
Each refund will be processed within 24 hours after return received in our warehouse. User will not have to worry about refund. He can receive refund via Bank transfer or UPI etc. If User don’t have such options then special voucher or coupon can be given to user which do not have expiry timeline. It will be valid ones in a lifetime.
Each Product will be received by our team within 7 working days from day of dispatch.
